Job summary

SENse Learning is seeking a SEND Teacher to provide one-to-one support for young people with SEND across home and community settings. You will deliver trauma-informed tutoring tailored to individual needs and work with families and schools to track progress.

The role offers flexible hours, in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching options, and emphasizes meaningful, impact-first work in a supportive learning community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / QTLS required

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with a range of needs
• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid support to SEND learners including SEMH, MLD, SLD and PMLD
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
