SENse Learning is seeking Intervention Tutors to deliver bespoke 1-1 sessions for SEND and SEMH students, across KS1–KS5 as appropriate. You will work in a holistic setting, using trauma-informed practices to re-engage learners and build confidence. Interviews arranged as applications are received.

Role offers in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching options, with self-employed status and guidance on register as self-employed if needed. Ongoing recruitment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching experience with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD preferred.
• Holistic and trauma-informed approach to support.
• Understanding of child-centred pedagogy and flexible delivery.

Responsabilités

• Develop strong relationships with children/young people with diverse needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring.
• Plan lessons and report on student progress; tailor to EHCP and risk assessments.
