Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Teaching Assistants for a SEND school in Oxfordshire, supporting students aged 11-16 with social communication, emotional regulation and sensory processing needs. The role emphasizes creativity, compassion and proactive support to bring learning to life.

Successful candidates will undergo safeguarding checks (DBS) and receive access to free safeguarding and prevent duty training. The position is described as temporary with potential for permanency based on need.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English qualifications or Functional Skills Level 2.
• Proactive, positive can-do attitude with creative thinking.
• Willingness to undertake training such as Level 2 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
