Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist independent day school in Oxfordshire. You will support students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia, and anxiety-related barriers to learning in a small-class setting.

You will help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while contributing to a caring, inclusive learning environment. Training and career development are provided along with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above).
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or working towards).
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Experience with SEMH and/or ASD.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant inOxford to join a specialist independent day school supporting students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia, and anxiety-related barriers to learning.

You’ll work in a supportive, small‑class environment, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while making a meaningful impact.
