Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Teaching Assistants to join our SEND school in Oxfordshire, supporting 11-16 year olds with social communication, emotional regulation and sensory processing needs.

You will work in small classes with a multi-disciplinary team, promote confidence and independence, and adapt activities to meet individual needs, with safeguarding and DBS checks in place.

A dedicated training and development pathway is available, including free safeguarding training.

Qualifications

  • Motivate and inspire children and young people to engage
  • GCSE Maths and English qualifications or Functional Skills Level 2
  • Proactive and creative approaches to learning
  • Willingness to undertake training such as Level 2 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools

Responsibilities
