Job summary

Five Education is looking for a Compassionate Teaching Assistant in Oxfordshire to support students with additional needs, including Autism and ADHD. Responsibilities include providing tailored support and adapting learning approaches to suit individual needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SEND, strong communication skills, and a nurturing approach. Training and support will be provided, alongside a commitment to safeguarding students.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with Autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
• Ability to adapt materials for different learning styles.
• Willingness to undertake training and a current DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support in line with learning needs.
• Adapt learning materials for various needs.
• Support students in developing communication and emotional skills.
