Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant in Sheffield. The role supports KS3 to KS5 students with ASC, ADHD and Speech and Language difficulties, helping them access learning in a classroom environment.

The ideal candidate has experience with complex needs and is resilient, trustworthy, and reliable to meet school requirements. Flexible start with part-time or full-time options is offered; excellent pay via PAYE is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with SEND in a classroom setting.
• Ability to work with KS3 to KS5 students with ASC/ADHD and speech & language needs.
• Demonstrated resilience and reliability in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Support learning for KS3 to KS5 students with complex needs in a classroom.
• Assist with behaviour management and inclusivity in lessons.
• Collaborate with teachers and colleagues to meet students' needs.
