TeacherActive in Rotherham is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with SEND on an ASAP basis. The role pays £92.63–£117.65 per day and requires experience with SEND, including SLD, PMLD or autism, and supporting pupils with complex learning needs.

Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant

Salary: £92.63 - £117.65 per day

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
• Experience supporting pupils with SLD, PMLD and/or autism is highly desirable
• A good understanding of supporting pupils with complex learning needs
• A patient and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring and adaptable attitude
