Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in Hereford. The role includes assisting in classrooms, fostering engagement and helping learners develop confidence and life skills throughout the school day.

We offer short-term and long-term opportunities with immediate starts. The schools provide a nurturing environment, with emphasis on safeguarding, resilience and positive behaviour support, and you will be paid at market-leading daily rates.

Salary: £95 - £110 per day

We are looking to appoint SEND Teaching Assistants for both short-term and long-term opportunities, with immediate starts available. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will work closely with pupils with a range of needs including Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH and Moderate Learning Difficulties, providing classroom support, promoting engagement and helping to create positive learning experiences throughout the school day.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
