Academics Ltd in Hillingdon invites a SEND Teacher to join a dedicated inclusion base at a reputable primary school. You will plan personalised learning, adapt resources and monitor progress to meet diverse needs within an inclusive mainstream setting.

Collaborating with the SENCo, staff and families, you will use evidence-informed strategies to support communication, engagement and independence for pupils with SEND.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Extensive experience supporting pupils with SEND.
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver personalised learning for pupils with SEND.
• Adapt teaching, resources and the curriculum to meet individual needs.
• Create a structured, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Use specialist and evidence-informed SEND strategies.
• Monitor pupils' progress and contribute to individual support plans.
• Work closely with the SENCo, senior leaders, teachers and support staff.
• Liaise effectively with families and relevant external professionals.
• Support pupils' communication, engagement, independence and emotional regulation.
