You will collaborate with the Inclusion Assistant Headteachers, plan engaging lessons, assess progress against EHCP/IPP targets, and support families through IPP meetings.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with SEND experience and commitment to high progress.
• Able to work with Inclusion Assistant Headteachers.
• Willing to undertake Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of support staff to deliver bespoke provision for highest needs pupils.
• Plan and deliver lessons per school policies.
• Assess pupils and track progress against EHCP/IPP targets.
• Maintain safe, effective learning environments.
• Collaborate with SENDCo and families through IPP meetings.
