Job summary

Axcis Education is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Southall, Ealing, seeking an experienced SEND Teacher to lead the Inclusion Base and champion inclusive practice. You will support up to six pupils with complex needs and collaborate closely with a small team of TAs.

You will adapt planning to EHCPs, monitor progress, and provide flexible cover across EYFS to Year 6 when required. A nurturing, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with pupils with SEND and complex needs.
• Experience in ARP or specialist SEND setting preferred.
• Strong behaviour management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and teach within the Inclusion Base for up to six pupils.
• Adapt planning to EHCPs and OT/SaLT guidance.
• Supervise three Teaching Assistants and coordinate with teachers.
• Provide flexible cover across EYFS to Year 6 as needed.
• Attend CPD and contribute to school development.
