TeacherActive Limited. seeks a SEND/Primary Teacher for a specialist SEND school in Oxford. Start January 2027, full-time, reporting to the Assistant/Deputy Principal, primarily in the 6th form class but working within the Early Years framework to support cognition and learning ages.

You will deliver a bespoke curriculum, supervise teaching support staff, and communicate lesson requirements clearly while helping students find their voice and maximise engagement.

Competenze

• Holds UK QTS with experience in SEND/complex needs.
• Experience with ASD and associated challenging behaviour is preferred.
• Ability to support pupils with communication and learning needs.

Mansioni

• Deliver the Primary/ EYFS-inspired curriculum within a SEND setting.
• Lead and support teaching staff in the classroom and environments.
• Implement strategies to raise pupil achievement and support communication.
