Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons meeting individual learning needs.
  • Develop personalised learning programmes and interventions.
  • Monitor, assess and report on student progress.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants and wider support teams.
  • Contribute to EHCP reviews and annual review meetings.
  • Encourage students to develop confidence, independence and life skills.
