Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher for a full-time role in Oxford. The position focuses on delivering high-quality lessons for students with SEND, developing personalised learning plans, and monitoring progress within a supportive secondary school team.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to EHCP reviews and annual review meetings.

The Role

As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet individual learning needs.
  • Developing personalised learning programmes and interventions.
  • Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on student progress.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants and wider support teams.
  • Contributing to EHCP reviews and annual review meetings.
  • Encouraging students to develop confidence, independence, and life skills.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a SEND Teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
