Job summary

SENse Learning seeks Intervention Tutors to provide one-to-one, bespoke interventions for SEND learners across KS1–KS5. Roles include SEND Tutor and Specialist Teacher, with a focus on trauma-informed, student-centred sessions.

Positions are self-employed with flexible hours and delivery modes (in-person, hybrid, or remote). They offer ongoing interviews as applications are received and a supportive team around staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching experience with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD.
• Experience delivering trauma-informed, holistic interventions.
• Ability to adapt curriculum to individual learner needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with diverse needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote and hybrid tutoring tailored to EHCPs.
• Plan lessons and report progress with regular feedback.
