SENse Learning is hiring Intervention Tutors to provide one-to-one support for young people with SEND and SEMH across KS1–KS5. Roles include SEND Tutor, Specialist Teacher, and SEND Teacher with flexible in-person, hybrid, and remote options.

We value trauma-informed, student-centered teaching and partnerships with parents and schools to tailor sessions and report student progress. Applicants should have QTS/QTLS, DBS, and UK work rights.

Formación

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD
• QTS/QTLS required and DBS clearance
• UK-based with right to work; safeguarding knowledge essential

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1-on-1, bespoke interventions to re-engage pupils
• Plan and report lessons; provide regular progress feedback
• Support children with SEMH/SEND needs in in-person, remote, or hybrid settings
• Build strong relationships with students and families and tailor tutoring to EHCPs and risk assessments
