Job summary

Little London Academy, part of The GORSE Academies Trust in Leeds, is seeking an Assistant Principal responsible for SEND to join its Senior Leadership Team. You will lead SEND strategy, build strong relationships with pupils, staff and external agencies, and drive excellence in teaching and learning.

The role offers a pathway to develop leadership within the trust and contribute to improving life chances for a diverse student community.

Qualifications

• Qualified SENDCo or working towards NPQ for SEND.
• Proven leadership with a track record of improving outcomes.
• Experience leading a core subject and driving improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pupils, staff, parents and external agencies.
