Job summary

Little London Academy, Leeds, is seeking an Assistant Principal with SEND responsibility to join our Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will lead SEND provision, work with staff and external partners to raise outcomes and ensure safeguarding standards across the school.

You will be a qualified SENDCo (or undertaking a recognised SEND qualification such as the NPQ for SEND), a proven leader, and an outstanding teacher with a track record of improving pupil achievement and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must have passion to improve life chances of pupils.
• Proven track record delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
• Qualified SENDCo or pursuing NPQ for SEND.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEND provision across the school.
• Develop coaching and mentoring within the SLT.
