Lift Kingsley in Hounslow seeks an ambitious Assistant Principal (Inclusion) to join our Senior Leadership Team. You will lead SEND provision, ensuring an inclusive, effective curriculum and compliance with statutory requirements.

As SENDCo, you will collaborate with staff, families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning, raise attainment, and promote wellbeing. This role shapes strategic priorities and school culture for every student to thrive.

Qualifications

• Experienced practitioner with a strong commitment to inclusion and improving outcomes for all students.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for SEND and inclusion, ensuring statutory compliance.
• Identify and remove barriers to learning so students with additional needs achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with staff, families and external agencies to improve provision and outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate SEND provision using evidence to identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to school-wide strategic leadership as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Lead priorities that raise achievement and promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.
• Line-manage teaching and support staff to develop and support colleagues.
