Lift Kingsley is seeking an ambitious leader to join the Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Principal (Inclusion) and SENDCo. You will shape SEND provision, remove barriers to learning and ensure statutory compliance while shaping strategic school improvement and a positive culture.

You will lead, develop and monitor SEND provision across the school, ensuring high standards of teaching and wellbeing for all students, in partnership with staff, families and external agencies.

• Proven leadership in SEND provision and inclusion
• Strong strategic planning and school-improvement mindset
• Excellent communication with staff, families and external partners
• Ability to monitor and evaluate SEND provision and outcomes

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for SEND, ensuring inclusive and compliant provision.
• Identify and remove barriers to learning for students with additional needs.
• Collaborate with staff, families and agencies to improve provision and outcomes.
• Monitor impact of SEND provision and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to school leadership as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Lead priorities to raise achievement and promote wellbeing and behaviour.
• Line manage teaching and support staff to develop and succeed.
• Foster an inclusive environment where every student thrives.
