A local government council in Thurrock is seeking an EHCP Coordinator to empower children and young people by developing effective plans and working collaboratively with families. The role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as a solid understanding of the SEND Code of Practice. Salary: £33,531- £38,052 per annum (pro rata if part-time)

Working Hours: 37 hours per week
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and a collaborative, creative approach to working with professionals, children, young people, and their families. You must have the ability to analyse information from various sources and develop plans that empower children and young people to reach their full potential. Empathy for the challenges faced by young people and their families is essential, alongside the competence to assess and review the needs of vulnerable children and young people.
Applicants should also bring relevant experience, knowledge, and a solid understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and its practical application.
