Job summary

Grange Infants' School and Grange Junior School are looking for an enthusiastic SENCO to work across both sites. The role will involve leading SEN provision, supporting teaching staff, and ensuring pupils with special needs access high-quality education.

This is a full-time position (32.5 hours per week, all year round) with travel between the two sites. The successful candidate will collaborate with parents and external agencies, contribute to safeguarding, and participate in Trust CPD

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with expert SEN knowledge and experience.
• Able to strategically manage the SEN provisions within our school.
• Committed to ongoing professional development.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff, children, parents and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SEN provision across both Grange Infants' and Grange Junior School.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement inclusive learning strategies.
• Liaise with parents, carers and external agencies to support pupils.
• Monitor and review SEND policies and progress across sites.
