Job summary

Teaching Vacancies is seeking an experienced SENCO and Inclusion Lead for a permanent, 32.5-hour post in our inclusive school and nursery setting. The role starts January 2027 or as soon as possible and offers the chance to shape provision across the school with the leadership team.

You will lead a skilled team, work with a wide range of agencies, and ensure up-to-date knowledge of the national education agenda. DBS and safeguarding are standard requirements.

Qualifications

• An experienced teacher with expertise in one or more areas of SEND.
• Proven ability to lead SEN provision and inclusion initiatives.
• Knowledge of current national education agenda is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead SENCO and Inclusion provision across a school and nursery.
• Shape workforce development and staff coaching.
• Liaise with local agencies and partners to support pupils.
• Direct and map provision in line with leadership plans.
