Job summary

Plumstead Manor School in London is recruiting a dedicated SENCO to join our Current Director of SEN and lead inclusion across the school. You will work within a large SEND department and the Bridge resourced provision to meet undiagnosed needs, developing practice in line with Ofsted-driven inclusion priorities.

Ideally you are a qualified and experienced SENCO, but we would support a colleague on the journey to become one if you commit to undertake the training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading inclusion and SEND provision.
• Experience working within a large SEND department and outreach provisions.
• Commitment to professional development and training in SENCO practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SEN provision across Plumstead Manor School.
• Collaborate with the Current Director of SEN and Bridge provision to meet diverse needs.
• Drive inclusion initiatives in line with Ofsted expectations.
