Job summary

Teaching Vacancies are seeking an enthusiastic SENCO to lead inclusion and develop SEND provision at a warm, ambitious primary school. The successful candidate will join the senior leadership team and shape strategies for pupils with additional needs, ensuring high-quality provision and positive outcomes.

They will work with staff, families and external agencies, drive the Inclusion Hub launched in September 2026, and provide practical support while setting a strategic vision for inclusion

Qualifications

• Lead on inclusion and SEND provision across the school.
• Shape and implement strategic SEND vision and hub delivery.
• Collaborate with staff, families and external services to support pupils with SEND.
