Job summary

Quantum Scholars is seeking dedicated SEN Tutors to provide 1:1 and small-group support in Wokingham for students accessing Alternative Provision and EOTAS. You will build trusting relationships and adapt approaches to meet SEND/SEMH needs, helping learners re-engage with education.

Available during term time and school hours, with safeguarding at the core. We value patient, adaptable tutors who can plan engaging activities, monitor progress and work with families and professionals to support

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in educational, tutoring or support settings.
• Experience working with students with SEND and/or SEMH needs.
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 or small-group tutoring for primary and secondary students.
• Provide personalised support for students with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan engaging, accessible learning activities and monitor progress.
