Job summary

Quantum Scholars is recruiting experienced SEND Tutors to provide personalised one-to-one support across Ruislip and surrounding areas. Sessions are held in learners' homes or community settings during school hours, delivering tailored tuition to help children rebuild confidence and re-engage with education.

As an approved Alternative Provision provider, we support learners with ASC, ADHD, anxiety, EBSA, medical needs and other learning challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
• Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience delivering 1:1 tutoring is desirable

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, personalised 1:1 tuition in learners' homes or community settings
• Plan and adapt sessions around each learner's ability and goals
• Build confidence and independent learning skills
• Provide academic, emotional and pastoral support where appropriate
• Work flexibly during school hours, Monday to Friday
