Job summary

Quantum Scholars seeks passionate Re-engagement Tutors to support young people across Uxbridge in Alternative Provision and EOTAS. You will provide personalised 1:1 tuition across English, Maths and Science, helping learners rebuild confidence and interest in education.

Role involves supporting children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs, working with both primary and secondary learners, and collaborating with local authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SEND/SEMH learners in education settings.
• Proven ability to deliver 1:1 tutoring across core subjects.
• Comfortable working with both primary and secondary learners.
• Calm, patient, adaptable approach to engaging disengaged learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular 1:1 support to learners in English, Maths and Science.
• Build positive relationships and confidence in learning.
• Adapt teaching to meet individual needs and SEMH considerations.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to learners and carers.
• Travel to learners across Uxbridge and surrounding areas.
