Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant ready for your next rewarding role? A friendly and inclusive primary school in the Stechford area is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support KS2 pupils with higher and complex needs in a nurturing and well-resourced environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex needs including ASD, ADHD, and global developmental delay
  • Assist with implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress
  • Support sensory, communication and behaviour strategies
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning space
What We're Looking For
  • A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or an equivalent relevant qualification
  • Additional training relevant to supporting SEND pupils
  • Previous experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in KS2
  • Confident managing challenging behaviour and using de-escalation techniques
