Job summary

• Experience supporting children with complex needs or SEN.
• Strong patience and resilience.
• Clear Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 & targeted support: deliver structured 1:1 learning support and tailored tasks.
• Communication & engagement: use visual schedules, PECS and Makaton to promote communication.
• Behaviour & well-being: support emotional regulation and safe spaces.
• Collaborative planning: work with SENCO, teachers and visiting professionals to track progress.
