  • Assist planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities.
  • Support implementation of IEPs and personalised learning strategies.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils' social, emotional, and communication development.
  • Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to meet pupils' individual needs.
  • Support personal care and wellbeing requirements where necessary.
