Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils to access the curriculum.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering differentiated learning activities.
  • Support implementation of IEPs and personalised learning strategies.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils' social, emotional, and communication development.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to meet individual needs.
