Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant in Studley to work 1:1 with a Year 3 pupil who is non-verbal and has low-level needs. The role is full-time and involves supporting access to learning and social development, collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO.

Are you a caring, dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role?
A welcoming and supportive Primary School in Studley is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a Year 3 child, starting this month. This is a full-time role supporting a pupil who is non‑verbal and has low‑level needs.
This opportunity would suit a patient and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant who can build a strong, trusting relationship and provide consistent, tailored support. The school is looking for someone who is proactive, understanding, and able to integrate seamlessly into their friendly and experienced team.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support, helping the child access learning and develop both academically and socially. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted support and ensure the child’s individual needs are met. The school places a strong emphasis on inclusion, wellbeing, and creating a positive learning environment for all pupils.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil, in the classroom

Working as an SEN Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
