About the role

We’re looking for someone who brings steady hands and a warm heart to a welcoming SEND school in Walsall. You’ll be supporting pupils with EHCPs for SEND, MLD, PMLD, or SLD needs, helping them feel confident, understood, and ready to learn.

This is a full-time role where no two days look quite the same. You’ll work alongside the class team, offering gentle encouragement, clear structure, and lots of positive moments. Some pupils will learn best in the classroom, while others may need a quieter space to focus. You’ll be there for both, helping them stay engaged and celebrating every small win.

If you love helping children grow emotionally as much as academically, this could be the perfect match for you.
