  • Assisting with the organisation and preparation of teaching materials and resources

Qualifications
  • A relevant qualification in education, special needs, or a related field (e.g. Teaching Assistant Level 2 or 3, NVQ, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using technology and educational software to support student learning
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of students and the school
  • A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
