An educational consultancy in Wandsworth is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Learning Mentor to support and inspire students. The ideal candidate will provide tailored assistance to SEN pupils, helping them develop confidence and resilience. This full-time role offers competitive daily pay and ongoing professional support. A background in special educational needs is desirable.
Location: Wandsworth
Salary: £90 – £120 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time | Long Term
Acting as a mentor and positive role model for students.
Providing targeted 1:1 and small group interventions to aid emotional and behavioural development.
Working in partnership with teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored learning support.
Building confidence, independence, and resilience in young learners.
Supporting an inclusive school environment that values every child.
Previous experience working with SEN pupils (Autism, SEMH, MLD, or PMLD desirable).
A caring, patient, and adaptable nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong resilience and proactive problem-solving abilities.
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
Competitive daily pay of £90 – £120, based on experience.
