SENse Learning is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to provide one-to-one mentoring and learning support for young people with SEND. Roles involve working in homes and community settings, delivering interest-based sessions tailored to each learner's needs.

You will help build confidence, emotional regulation, and practical life skills through holistic, trauma-informed approaches. Flexible part-time to full-time hours, with ongoing interviews and a supportive team around you.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience working with children or young people with complex additional needs.
• UK-based with the right to work in the UK, including remote/online work.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• Self-employed mentorship status; not a PAYE position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-to-one support in homes and community settings, delivering creative and interest-based activities.
• Support development of life skills, confidence, and independence.
• Use trauma-informed approaches and flexible strategies for a wide range of needs.
• Collaborate with families, carers and schools to tailor sessions.
• Provide feedback to track progress and adapt support as needed.
