SENse Learning is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one mentoring and learning support, primarily in students’ homes and community settings. You’ll tailor sessions to individual needs, helping learners build life skills and confidence beyond traditional classroom environments.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed approaches, safeguarding, and collaborative work with parents, carers, and schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with complex needs (SEND).
• Ability to engage and support learners in home/community settings.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child-centred approaches.

Responsibilities
