Job summary

Ark St Alban's Academy in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated SEN/D support role to work with pupils in and outside the classroom, under the guidance of the SENDCO. You will support pupil learning, run targeted interventions and liaise with teachers, parents and the wider pastoral team.

• Experience of working with SEN/D pupils.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrates persistence, compassion and high expectations for pupil progress.

• Support pupils in learning the curriculum and lead targeted interventions.
• Coordinate between teachers, parents and the wider pastoral team.
• Work with SENDCO, speech and language therapist and external agencies.
