Job summary

The role involves planning engaging, personalised lessons, differentiating content, and working closely with therapists and educational psychologists to ensure integrated support, risk assessments, and personalised learning plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS and a degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in SEN/D and KS1/KS2.
• Commitment to continuing professional development in SEND.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, personalised lessons for pupils with high SEND.
• Differentiate curriculum to meet diverse needs and maintain high expectations.
• Collaborate with therapists and educational psychologists to ensure integrated support.
• Contribute to risk assessments and personalised learning plans.
• Support pupils' academic progress, communication, independence, and SEMH.
