The Education Authority is seeking an enthusiastic Education Support Assistant to assist with the care and educational support of pupils with special educational needs, both in and outside the classroom.

Under the direction of teachers and Education Authority officers, you will carry out a range of duties including supporting learning, ensuring safety, assisting with administration, and helping pupils participate in activities while promoting independence and inclusion.

Responsabilités

• Assist with classroom administration.
• Assist the class teacher and/or other professionals with recording pupil progress.
• Contribute to maintenance of pupil progress records.
• Provide regular feedback about pupils to the teacher.
• Prepare and produce appropriate resources for pupils.
