Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a resilient SEN Learning Partner to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a primary-aged pupil with additional and complex needs. You will help them communicate, regulate emotions, develop independence and access school life.

The ideal candidate will have SEND experience, be calm and consistent, and adapt their approach day-to-day. All applicants will require safeguarding checks, DBS, and will have access to free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND and complex needs.
• Calm and consistent approach when challenges arise.
• Understanding of positive behaviour support.
• Ability to adapt approach day-to-day.
• Ability to build relationships without creating dependency.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a primary-aged pupil with additional needs.
