Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking Learning Partners to provide flexible support in a welcoming primary school in Patchway. The role focuses on 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

You will work with teachers to create positive learning experiences, adapt to year groups and support each child's academic, social and emotional progress. DBS checks and safeguarding training are required; online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs across primary year groups.
• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Positive, patient and nurturing approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs.
• Deliver small group interventions to support learning and development.
• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence.
• Support children's academic, social and emotional progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create positive learning experiences.
• Adapt to different year groups and classroom environments.
