Qualifications

• Experience as Youth Worker, SEMH Support Worker or Teaching Assistant.
• Patience, resilience and empathy in supporting children.
• Experience with SEMH, autism, and challenging behaviour desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEMH.
• Build positive relationships with children.
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and self-management.
• Follow individual support plans and contribute to pupil progress.
