Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland seeks a Regional Trainer to design, deliver and maintain contract-specific learning solutions across South Wales and South-West England. You will work with the Court Security Director, Head of Security Operations, and Ops teams to drive practical, compliant training and develop staff capabilities.

The role requires a training background (Level 3 AET or CIPD preferred) and hands-on delivery in an operational setting, with willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• A recognised training qualification (e.g. Level 3 AET or CIPD or equivalent).
• Experience of training design and delivery at operational and management level (FM/Security).
• Experience coordinating internal and external training resources to meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver contract-specific training materials.
• Provide regional training delivery and support within the remit.
• Deliver training courses from the contract skills matrix for all staff.
• Support Apprenticeship pipeline and levy spend, and grow enrolment.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to update on training activity.
