Job summary

ICTS UK Ltd in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Training Manager to lead the design and delivery of security training and inductions for the client management and security teams. You will drive best practice, monitor compliance and develop the cluster's training matrix.

You will collaborate with account and operations managers, liaise with H&S and company training teams, and review resources while maintaining records and producing reports.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering security training and inductions.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to plan, organise and monitor training activity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inductions including refresher courses with site support.
• Plan and organise training and refresher courses.
• Promote courses and best practice across the cluster.
• Maintain training records and complete required reports.
• Liaise with Account Manager and Supervisors on inductees and course notifications.
