Job summary

ICTS UK Ltd in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Training Manager to lead the design and delivery of security training and inductions for the client management and security teams. You will drive best practice, monitor compliance and develop the cluster's training matrix.

You will collaborate with account and operations managers, liaise with H&S and company training teams, and review resources while maintaining records and producing reports.

Training Manager

Job purpose

To be part of a large Security Management Team providing detailed process and policy training and inductions to support the Client Management Team and security team ensuring all personal are compliant with the needs of the contract and progress development of the team.

Reporting to the Cluster Account Manager, and in conjunction with the Client Management team the role will drive the guard force team to deliver ‘best in class’ performance standards at all levels, as well as promoting the company behavioural safety programme to all persons working on the account.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inductions including associated refresher courses, with the support of the site supervisors
• Plan and organise and deliver training and refresher courses.
• Communication and promotion of courses and best practice across the cluster.
• Determine, foster and maintain key relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders and training providers.
• Liaise with Account Manager, Operations Managers and Security Supervisors regarding the planning of inductees, course notifications and the issuing of PPE and uniform etc.
• Review training resources and update as necessary on the training matrix
• Maintain records and associated administration.
• Prepare and /or contribute to any necessary training reports as deemed necessary by the Account Manager or other stakeholders.
• Liaise with H&S team and Company training team.
• Provide briefing, training, mentoring and coaching on the process and site details/procedures
• Develop, in conjunction with the Profile Security and the client management team, communication initiatives within the cluster to improve health and safety, performance standards and compliance.
• Attend meetings, internal and external, as appropriate to role.
• Other duties as required, to promote and improve the Operational standards and performance of the account, relevant to the role.
• Setting objectives for the cluster team – and measuring the results.
• Any other reasonable instruction/duty
