Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance client relationships across Public, Private, Construction, Retail and Sports venues. The role focuses on maintenance of Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems, with some work on Panic / Affray Alarms, Nurse call, EVCS and small remedial projects.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a similar role.
• Interest in enterprise security solutions and aptitude for training.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining documentation and ensuring customer expectations are met.
• Managing workload and achieving KPIs in line with SLAs.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team.
• Adhering to health and safety protocols and safeguarding assets.
• Ensuring timely completion of time sheets, expense claims, and site reports.
