Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance relationships with clients across Public, Private, Construction, Retail and Sports venues. The role focuses on maintenance of Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems, with some work on Panic / Affray Alarms, Nurse Call and EVCS; occasional remedial and small works.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a similar security role.
• Experience with enterprise access security solutions preferred.
• Willingness to undertake training for new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain documentation related to security systems.
• Ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
• Manage workload and deliver quality service.
• Contribute to KPIs and client SLAs.
• Collaborate with team and other trades on site.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional appearance.
• Adhere to site rules, safeguard company assets, and complete site reports.
